1) Back Squat x 4 Reps @ 60 % + 3-7 Strict Pull Ups.
2) Back Squat x 3 Reps @ 70 % + 3-7 Strict Pull-ups.
3) Back Squat x 2 Reps @ 80 % + 3-7 Strict Pull-ups.
4) Back Squat x 1Rep @ 85
5) Back Squat x 1Rep @ 90
6) Back Squat x 1Rep@ 90+

Conditioning
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 American Kettlebell Swing # 70/55.
12 Power Clean # 135/85.
12 Push-Ups.
