Warm-up
A) WARM UP
Two sets of:
2 minutes run/bike/row (or any machine you have access to)
60 second Plank Hold from Elbows
60 seconds of Bodyweight Alternating Reverse Lunges
30 seconds Wall Sit Hold
30 seconds of Shoulder Taps from Push-Up Position.

Conditioning
Metcon
Every 90 sec for 12 min (8 sets)
Complete For Time:
10 Alt Bag Ground to Shoulder
10 Bag Bear Hug Squat
10 Lateral Burpees over bag.
* Ideally you will have 20 seconds or more for resting, if not, scaled down 2 reps each movement.
