Join the AB CrossFit Running Club—an inclusive, high-energy weekly running group designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're training for your next 5K or just want to build stamina, this program combines expert coaching, structured runs, and the motivating power of community.


Every Wednesday night, we hit the pavement (or trails) for a mix of interval training, endurance runs, form drills, and mobility work—all rooted in smart programming to complement your CrossFit training or stand alone as your cardio of choice.


Expect a supportive vibe, scenic North Miami Beach routes, and the kind of sweat session that leaves you stronger every week. No pressure. Just progress. Let’s run.
